Annar Prabhakaran, Supremo of the Tamil Tigers has offered a ceasefire as a lure to the Goddess of Peace, the new President of Sri Lanka. But the offer does not stop the Tigers notorious Pistol Squad from infiltrating Colombo to gun down their opponents.
