Presenting reasonable and realistic things that can be done--at home, in school, in regard to sports, toys, films, TV, and music--to start the process of turning boys away from violence, Miedzian's solutions are as startling as they are well-argued. One has to agree with the main point raised in this extensively-researched book: The issue of male violence has to be addresses early on.
